Stephen Abram from Murdoch University talks about how using WEB 2.o would transform the library in to Library 2.0 with the use of the items that we are learning about in 23 things on a stick. L2 is a concept, where the library becomes a destination for users of interactive technologies and it becomes "relevant" to users by being more accessible to various interactive technologies of the Internet.
I have used skype but I have not heard of many of the other items that were mentioned in the video. I also appreciate the written format of the interview right next to the video.
